Bhat Dittakavi, Founder, Co-CEO
Bhat Dittakavi is a successful entrepreneur with more than 15+ years of entrepreneurial Management, Leadership and Consulting experience in Information Technology. Vast experience in building workforce that designs and develops enterprise and analytical applications for financial, manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceutical, insurance and public sector verticals.
Bhat is results oriented and has proven ability to devise, standardize and streamline the business processes within and across the departments of companies. Bhat strongly believes in leading by example and win-win model. Bhat leads the teams from the front and reinforces synergy and team work. Hobbies include book reading and penmanship.
Bhat currently oversees direct end client sales and projects on top of running the entire company as Co-CEO. Bhat received his masters in electrical engineering from NIT, Warangal, India in 1996 and holds a bachelors in Electrical & Electronics from JNTU, Kakinada, India.

Venkat Yerubandi, Founder, Co-CEO
Venkat Yerubandi is a successful entrepreneur with more than 15+ years of Entrepreneurial management, Leadership and consulting experience in Information Technology. Venkat has solid experience in building workforce that designs and develops enterprise and analytical applications for financial, manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceutical, insurance and public sector verticals.
Venkat is highly networked and target-driven and has excellent capabilities in bringing time-tested and well-accepted business processes on board by being in constant reach to the fellow entrepreneurs. Resilient, dedicated, quick learner and pragmatic in adding direct value through execution and example. Hobbies include socializing and book reading.
Venkat currently oversees channel sales and account management on top of running the entire company as Co-CEO. Venkat received his masters in Industrial Management from IIT, Chennai and holds bachelors in mechanical engineering from NIT, Kurukshetra, India.

Sonia Minhas, Vice President of Operations
Sonia Minhas is a highly qualified business management leader with more than a decade of experience in IT services industry. Having started as an executive at VEDICSOFT nine years ago, today Sonia heads the entire Operations Division at VEDICSOFT that encompasses multiple departments such as Resource Management, HR, Immigration, Compliance, Contracts, Payroll and Accounting. With her enormous talent coupled with practical hands-on experience, Sonia is good at streamlining any process flow and optimizing any work force. Being a master empathizer at heart, Sonia’s strong forte has been bringing the best out of everybody. As a skillful multi-tasking pro, Sonia also effortlessly switches from task to another and from one responsibility to another.
Sonia, with her rich experience in building strong teams, has been instrumental in amply supporting the phenomenal growth of VEDICSOFT during her tenure. Sonia also brought in key initiatives at VEDICSOFT such as Friday lunches, Summer Camping and Christmas parties that strengthen the family bonding between the employees. Sonia believes in being tough on processes and yet soft on people. Sonia has affiliations with Girl Scouts of Central & Southern New Jersey, Society of Human Resources management, national Association of Executive and professional Women and Support Organization for Kids in Need.

Vijaykumar Gudapati, Director of Overseas Operations
Vijaykumar Gudapati is a veteran business management leader with more than 24 years of experience in IT services industry. Vijaykumar heads the entire offshore operations in VEDICSOFT India that provides the operational support to the outsourcing business coming from VEDICSOFT USA. He also heads the HR, Recruiting, Accounting, Office Administration and Offshore Development departments for VEDICSOFT India.
Vijaykumar is known for his relationship management and team building. Vijaykumar has a great ability of listening, personal warmth and conflict management. With his constant mentoring and guidance, Vijaykumar drove the levels of performance and retention in VEDICSOFT India to the unknown heights in the history of BPO sector. Vijaykumar is also the guiding force behind the strong corporate culture and excellent family bonding among the employees. Vijaykumar is known for his mastery in finance & budget and negotiation skills.
A Mechanical Engineer by education, Vijaykumar also possesses multiple post graduate diplomas in Industrial Engineering & Management, Computer Applications and Systems Analysis & Data Processing
